NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOLAND ROAD LANDFILL – TOLAND OPTIMIZATION PLAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ventura Regional Sanitation District Board of Directors will hold a PUBLIC HEARING by teleconference on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

In accordance with the California Governor’s Executive Orders declaring a State of Emergency and the County of Ventura Health Officer’s Local Health Emergency Declaration as a result of the threat of the Covid-19 virus, the VRSD Board of Directors meeting and public hearing will be held via video conference.

3.       Public comment on an agenda item may also be accepted by email to JulietRodriguez@vrsd.com. All public comments sent via email must be received by 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, to be read into the public record. Please indicate in the subject line, the agenda item number. Comments received after an agenda item has been heard by the VRSD Board will be made a part of the administrative record if received prior to the end of the meeting.
